How to add the contact form in blogger?

Its simply very easy.


Please follow these steps and, in about 5 minutes, your Blogger page will have a brand new contact form!
  1. Sign up for a 123ContactForm account.
  2. Log in to your new 123ContactForm account.
  3. Click on Create new form.
  4. Choose the first form template – contact form.
  5. Type in the name of your contact form and press OK.
  6. Press Continue at page top in the Form Editor and Continue again in the Settings section. You will return later to these sections to customize your form.
  7. In the section Get Code & Publish, click on the tab called Blogger on the left side of the page.
  8. Copy the code you find there with CTRL + C (or right-click and select Copy from the menu that shows up).
That's all you have to do on the 123ContactForm site, now go to your Blogger blog and do the following:
1. Login your Blogger account and click the New Post button.
2. Switch to Edit HTML mode.
3. Enter a title for the new blog post, for example: Contact Me 
4. Set the focus to the body of the post, and press CTRL+V (or right-click and select Paste from the menu that appers). This will paste the form code, from the clipboard to your Blogger post.
5. Click on Post Options and set Reader Comments to Don't allow
6. Click the Publish Post button.
7. To make your contact form visible to your visitors, place a link to the contact form post in your blog's sidebar, by clicking Layout, then Edit HTML in your Blogger account.
